Neighbour Alert products are designed for personal safety and security. Users are responsible for proper installation and compliance with all local laws regarding alarm systems.

The Neighbour Alert System DOES NOT call police or emergency services. It is a system designed to notify your neighbours that help or assistance is needed.

Warranty:

Our products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy for your peace of mind. Please review the details below.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The change-of-mind policy below is offered in addition to these rights and does not limit them.

Change-of-mind returns

– Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
– Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
– Return shipping: Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
